He observed there are 7 major "clan mothers" for European lineage. He has also given names for the maternal common ancestors for 29 other lineages in the world, including 9 "clan mothers" in Japan alone.

Ursula (Haplogroup U) in Western Asia,

Xenia (Haplogroup X) in Asia,

Tara (Haplogroup T) in Mesopotamia,

Katrine (Haplogroup K) in Northeastern Italy,
